The editing tools are certainly useful, However I’ve become accustomed to having substantially more/complete control of my page style and paragraphs and so on. The page editor here lacks sophistications that I’ve been taking for granted at my previous blog home. If anyone knows how that I can replace my page with my own HTML code, please let me know.
I’ll of course pick up more as I get time to read the help and tutorials.

I just noticed something useful that was in front of my face. I can use DRAFT to create a new post and save it so it isn’t published…
YAY!
It gets confusing because WordPress has so many ways to create an entry. As far as the look of your page goes, it is the same as it used to be where we used to post before they came up with themes. If you don’t want to pay for something, you are going to have to brush up on your coding skills.
yes, I can code HTML and I’ll look into how I can insert my code. Apparently wordpress also allows php and javascripts… that will take me some time for sure.
I love the tag and category tool!
