The clocks spring forward overnight – so – we loose an hour between now and breakfast time.
Daylight saving time 2014 will begin at 2 a.m. on Sunday, March 9, when most U.S. states will spring forward an hour.
In 2014, spring begins with the vernal equinox on March 20 at 12:57 P.M. EDT and as for summer, that is summer in the Northern Hemisphere, that begins on June 21 at 6:51 A.M. EDT.
