Hi Eric, my sixteen year old son was just telling me today that he meditates and if he doesn’t start off his week with centering his mind, he feels “off” and agitated. Thank you for turning our attention back to within. Great post!
Kimberly, I’d be blogging something else but mindfulness and meditation gets people tuned up and they come into spirituality without much witnessing from me this way… its easier work. Remind him he needn’t feel agitated and he’ll notice quicker… He’s a good lad.
