After he was diagnosed with leukemia, Wayne Dyer decided to have an unconventional surgery with healer John of God. The twist? John of God was in Brazil; Wayne was in Maui. Watch as he describes the surgery and how he felt immediately thereafter:
How did Wayne feel after his “sutures” were removed?
Plus, watch to find out how he’s said he was feeling afterward:
.
“… everything that is fear cannot be love…
everything that is love cannot be fear…”
He embraced the mysterious ways of spiritual blessings from love. Stories like Dyer and others give me pause… love is of God… incomprehensible and yet, perfectly wonderful. This man and his work is of love.
Seek Inner Peace
Wayne Dyer’s “10 Principles for Success and Inner Peace” work explores basic principles for changing one’s outlook on life. The principles for success and inner peace is a simple, honest guide to living happily.
I previously posted all ten principles on my blog. Here is a link to each of the posts.
10 Principles for Success and Inner Peace
………………………………………………………………
.
#1 Have a Mind That Is Open to Everything and Attached to Nothing
An open mind allows you to explore and create and grow. In all of your relationships, if you can love someone enough to allow them to be exactly what they choose to be without any expectations or attachments from you, you’ll know true peace in your lifetime.
#2 You can’t give away what you don’t have
Think of the people you know who give love in response to negative energy that’s directed their way. If what you give is self-respect and self-love, the universe will return the love and respect you’ve been radiating. It’s really so simple.
#3 There Are No Justified Resentments
Be willing to send the higher, faster energies of love, peace, joy, forgiveness, and kindness as your response to whatever comes your way… readily offer forgiveness.
#4 Don’t die with your music still in you
Find your passion and follow it even if it means marching to your own drumbeat when it’s different from what everyone else or society says you should be doing.
#5 Embrace Silence
There’s a momentary silence in the space between your thoughts that you can become aware of with practice. In this silent space, you’ll find the peace that you crave in your daily life.
.
The Coming of the Kingdom – Luke 17:20-21, KJV
“And when he was demanded of the Pharisees, when the kingdom of God should come, he answered them and said, The kingdom of God cometh not with observation: Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you.”
.
#6 Give Up Your Personal History
Your past is over! When you’re at peace, you radiate a different kind of energy than when you’re stressed or depressed. Your mediation practice keeps building immunity. The more you achieve peacefulness through meditation, the more your peaceful state impacts those around you.
#7 You Can’t Solve a Problem with the Same Mind That Created It
In order to solve relationship problems, you need to adopt a different mindset by questioning the negative thought(s) and replacing them with positive ones that are as or more true.
#8 Treat Yourself As If You Already Were What You’d Like to Become
The more you see yourself as what you’d like to become, the more inspired you are . . . you discover that you’re a greater person than you ever dreamed yourself to be . . . dormant forces that were dead or nonexistent, springing into being and collaborating with you as a result of your becoming inspired and acting as if what you want is already here!
#9 Treasure Your Divinity
There is no place that God is not. You are energized by the divine intelligence that supports everything and everyone on this planet.
10 Wisdom Is Avoiding All Thoughts Which Weaken You
Authentic wisdom is the ability to monitor yourself at all times to determine your relative state of weakness or strength, and to shift out of those thoughts that weaken you.

Hello friend! Sorry I haven’t been around. Been extremely busy and now I’m trying to carve out time to research and conversation.
#1- I agree because the greatest hurt caused to me was being taught to believe something by my parents just to find out when I was older that it was a lie, even though they believed in it. We finally realized recently that is why church only worked short term for me.
2- agree with
3- is difficult when the acts have destroyed your life, especially in the long term or when a professional is responsible to do their jobs that we’ve entrusted them in, yet they have hurt people
4- I agree but can be dangerous because I get the most stimulated (aka high) during the most depressing moments. This could be the chemicals in my brain changing due to the constant increase in pain receptors but depression and pain situations are starting to be associated with beautiful (and terrible at the same time) feelings. It’s tragic but at this moment in life, those are the times that I feel most alive.
5- Silence is the eraser to the chalkboard.
6- I think this is very difficult to achieve due to the constant overstimulation the world provides us. People are distracted during driving, which causes (me) road rage lately. Partially due to the constant surgical procedures and pain I’m having lately, I know another car accident will do me in.
7- agree
8- agree but with warning that when you create a fantasy to support the goal, if you aren’t able to achieve it, depression sinks in and you become detached from the world in realization of reality. I think people need to keep in mind that when making goals, to make them realistic and within reach.
9- I just keep thinking, Albert Einstein
10- agree but when you have lack of inspiration, it’s hard to pull out of those thoughts
=)
i watched this talk on t.v. yesterday… It was most interesting. I am not altogether sold on the idea that we manifest our reality for karma is already set, and has to be worked through… But the idea or concept that we can create a better world by thinking positively has to open doors for us. eve
I agree that we must work through our issues. I think Dr Dyer’s healing was a part of that for him. He has been for a very long time working out his spiritual health issues. I also posted a “miraculous” cancer healing: https://hunt4truth.wordpress.com/2014/05/06/10933/
I’ve been watching others too. These two are amazing and I felt sure of them.
I enjoyed that very much. I must admit like Oprah that I am a little sceptical however I doubt very much that Wayne Dyer is anything but the genuine article.
healing of this type tend to be considered supernatural or coincidental and so on… woo-woo… many difficulties inhibit finding the love that is God’s will. Certainly, I cannot attest to the validity of the claims made by Dr Dyer. I do value personal witness though. There are numerous accounts of healing of as complex as this online and some are documented on youtube video. I post this one and the healing that Gregg Braden shows in his talks because I personally find these likley occurred as documented. There are others too. I posted relating healing to the sort of change that occurs in brain chemistry because of mindfulness… prayer as well. My posts on mindfulness clearly document research and benefits – changes due to increasing gamma waves for time in meditations in the brain. I am looking into also documented changes in DNA – that is less impressive so far… but there is progress. Thanks for commenting Suz.
