These close up shots are fantastic.
Well, the question has been answered. Will the bees trust me using my macro lens as I photograph them from within my Lavender Bushes? I have a 60mm lens which is not a very long lens by far, and I work with no extension tubes. I use only my macro lens when I do all my macro photography.

I am indeed honored you have reblogged my bee post. This truly was a Labor of Love for those bees did not stay in one place for long. I really do have fast eye/hand coordination and on this occassion, it really came in handy!!! Bless you and thank you SO much! Love, Amy
I was so happy to see those little guys – great shots Amy! 🙂
Thank you!!! I planted those Lavender Bushes years ago when I first heard about the plight of the bees. Every year they return here and every year their number increases. To hear the buzz of those bees when I work with my Roses so close, no fear, around my face and hair, makes me SO happy. And I would swear they are happy too regarding what I did for them. (smile!) Love, Amy
