Negative emotion is a culprit that has a built in resistance to the cure – since it requires far more thought to process negative events we tend to store these events with the emotion and they are nasty as time goes on — as more negativity gets stored up — its almost too much as we age to get into a positive mind set…

Practice positive thinking and release resentments and get over the grudges as a matter of practice – make it a priority – when you get older and older you’ll be saying – Eric warned me about this – I ought to have done what he said… REALLY!
